Exhibitor Information
We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at the USC Gould School of Law 2010 Intellectual Property Institute, taking place at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. Inaugurated in 2004, the past six years' Institutes have drawn a combined total of nearly 1,800 members of the intellectual property bar and business community, and will once again provide an excellent forum for displaying your services.
The fee for exhibiting is $1000.00 per exhibitor; space cannot be shared. The fee includes a circular, clothed table (table top exhibits only are permitted) and one complimentary luncheon ticket. Checks should be made payable to the USC Gould School of Law, and must be received prior to the Institute. Please complete and return the response form to our office to reserve your space as soon as possible.

Please indicate on the boxes the total number of boxes shipped to the hotel (e.g., 1 of 3, 2 of 3). It is important to notify us of your shipment and the number of boxes sent so that we can include your materials when we inventory what the hotel has received. Please send an email to cle@law.usc.edu with your shipment information.
Setting Up Exhibits
You will be responsible for setting up your exhibit and may begin doing so at 6:00 a.m. on the morning of the Institute. Please allow ample time for setting up your exhibit. Your exhibit must be set up no later than 7:30 a.m., as we expect our attendees to begin arriving when registration opens at that time. The program begins at 8:30 a.m.
As a reminder, there is only one exhibiting organization per table. All exhibits must be tabletop only. Also, hotel policy requires that no signs or other articles shall be posted, nailed, or otherwise attached to any pillars, walls, doors, floors, etc., in such a manner as to deface or destroy hotel property.
Equipment Furnished
We will provide a circular, clothed table and chair(s) for each exhibitor. The tables may not be moved from their assigned locations due to fire regulations.
The hotel can accommodate most requests for special equipment, telephone and electrical requirements. Please note that it is the exhibitor's responsibility to pay for these services. However, there is no charge if you require an electrical outlet. Your requests must be made no later than March 9, 2010. Please contact Jennifer Cohen in the Events Services Department at The Beverly Hills Hotel if you have any special needs, (310) 276-2926 or by email at jcohen@beverlyhillshotel.com.
Removing Exhibits
You will be responsible for breaking down your exhibit. You may break down on the day of the Institute at 2:30 p.m. following the afternoon break; however, exhibits must be broken down and removed from the hotel no later than 5:00 p.m. on that day.
Hotel Parking
The discounted parking rate for the event is $12.00. Your valet ticket will be color coded to reflect this discounted rate. No stamp is necessary.
Luncheon
One lunch ticket will be provided per exhibitor. Additional luncheon tickets can be purchased for $75.00 each.
We cannot guarantee exhibitors against loss or damage of any kind, although reasonable care will be exercised to protect all exhibits. The foregoing instructions and regulations have been formulated for the best interests of exhibitors and registrants at the Institute. Any questions should be referred to the USC CLE office, at (213) 743-1772 or cle@law.usc.edu.
