- Must be entering third year of Law School
- Demonstrated commitment to the accounting profession as evidenced by a CPA certificate
- Evaluated based on their academic performance, leadership in the school and community and need for assistance in completing their studies

Requirements:
- Must be a female law student who has successfully completed at least one year of law school
- Preference will be given to current or former residents of Fresno, Kings, Madera or Tulare counties
- Primary considerations are academic achievement and the breadth and depth of the applicant's extra-curricular and community activities
- Financial need and demonstrated leadership capabilities are also taken into consideration.
