Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law (Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University) - Debuted in the winter of 1992 as the New Europe Law Review, an international law journal created as a vehicle to analyze the wide-sweeping legal, political, and social changes that were transforming Europe. In order to broaden the focus of the journal to deal with changes in the international arena outside of Europe, the name of the journal was changed in the fall of 1995 to its current title. T

Federal Courts Law Review - An electronic law review dedicated to legal scholarship relating to federal courts. Articles are from scholars, judges and distinguished practitioners. Journal of Asian Law - The Journal commenced publication in 1987 as the Journal of Chinese Law under the auspices of the Columbia University School of Law and the Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law. The Journal provides a forum for legal practitioners and scholars from China, the United States, and elsewhere to discuss the broad range of issues that relate to law in China. The Journal of Chinese Law expanded its coverage and became the Journal of Asian Law on January 1, 1996. A

Transactions : Tennessee Journal of Business Law - Published twice a year by students in the UT College of Law's concentration in Business Transactions. The journal serves several purposes. First, it provides students with an opportunity to learn about business and transactional law topics by researching and writing essays or synopses to be published in the journal. The journal also serves the legal profession by alerting transactional practitioners to legal developments affecting their practices.
