  • Ars Aequi - The biggest general law magazine of the Netherlands. In Dutch.
  • Australian Journal of Human Rights - A publication of the Australian Human Rights Centre (AHRC), located in the Faculty of Law at the University of New South Wales. The first journal of its kind in Australia to be devoted exclusively to the publication of articles, commentary and book reviews about human rights developments in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.   • British Journal of Criminology - One of the most influential journals in its field. It is renowned for publishing research of the highest standard from all over the world. F (for USC users)
  • Canadian Foreign Policy - Published by The Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University (Ontario, Canada). One of the leading Canadian journals of international affairs. Presents seminal articles and commentaries on all aspects of international relations that have had or will have major impacts on Canada's foreign interests. A
  • Canadian Journal of Law and Technology - An online refereed journal dedicated to providing coverage of legal issues relating to information technology law from both Canadian and international perspectives. A publication of the Law and Technology Institute of Dalhousie Law School. F
  • CEPMLP Internet Journal - This on-line journal is intended to provide rapid and advance access for our global constituency to published works in our key areas - Natural Resources , Energy and International Business Transactions.  Launched in 1997 by the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy.   • Diritto & Diritti - The journal is interdisciplinary, the subjects of study are cyberspace law and justice and the legal issues relating to internet, computers, software and technology in general; some issues concern many specific themes of contemporary legal problems especially in the administrative and labour law and jurisprudence. Collaborated with Law school of the University of Catania.
  • E Law - Murdoch University Electronic Journal of Law - A general journal of law and legal issues published by the Murdoch University School of Law in Perth, Western Australia. F
  • German Law Journal - Serves an international audience as the first and only on-line, English-language report on developments in German and European jurisprudence. F
  • Hong Kong Journal of Legal Studies (University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Law) - The only student-run law journal in Hong Kong fully written, edited and published by students of the Faculty of Law, The University of Hong Kong. A
  • Hong Kong Law Journal - The leading scholarly journal in the English language on common law in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and law in the mainland PRC. A
  • Humboldt Forum Recht - The first German law journal solely published on the internet. The articles mainly focus on basic problems concerning the German constitutional state and its future developments. F
  • International Business Law Journal = La Revue de Droit des Affaires Internationales - Contains articles written in English and French about international matters such as arbitration, international taxation, international conventions, joint ventures, contracts, and business law. T
  • Journal of South Pacific Law (University of the South Pacific School of Law) - Publishes a wide range of material and legal research with a focus on laws of the South Pacific region and on issues of interest to legal researchers within the region. F
  • McGill Law Journal  - Established in 1952 at McGill University's Faculty of Law as a quarterly bijuridical and bilingual law review. As a source of comparative private law analysis, the Journal is one of the very few Canadian scholarly journals which publishes Quebec Civil law articles in English and Common law articles in French. As a source of analysis on international law, the Journal has published articles by authors from around the world, canvassing various perspectives within its pages. A
  • Melbourne Journal of International Law - A refereed international law journal produced by law students at the University of Melbourne. It covers issues of public and private international law, and seeks to cover topics of academic and commercial interest to Australia and the Asia-Pacific area generally. F
  • Melbourne University Law Review (Melbourne Law School) - A refereed academic journal with an international circulation and reputation. Run by a student editorial committee, it is published three times yearly (April, August and December) and seeks to encourage debate on legal issues as well as provide a forum for legal research and thinking.   • Mountbatten Journal of Legal Studies - (Incorporating the original Southampton Institute Law Review) An international forum for the discussion of law in all its aspects, reflecting the broad understanding of legal scholarship. The coverage includes not only contemporary substantive law, private law and public law but also legal theory, legal history and other aspects of the study of law in its social and cultural context.   • Netherlands Quarterly of Human Rights (Utrecht University, SIM) - an academic publication which contains scholarly articles on important issues of human rights in the world and the promotion and protection of human rights in international law. A
  • New Zealand Law Review - Published quarterly by the Legal Research Foundation. It includes refereed articles by leading New Zealand and international scholars, along with annual and biennial reviews of the major areas of the law, written by specialist contributing editors. A
  • Osgoode Hall Law Journal - Published by the Osgoode Hall Law School, the Journal seeks to publish articles related to the law that present new theoretical generalizations, report empirical findings, or address the policy implications of current research. F
  • Oxford Journal of Legal Studies - Published on behalf of the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford, the OJLS is at the forefront of theoretical legal scholarship. F (for USC users)
  • Sydney Law Review - Established in 1953, a refereed, peer review journal of high repute, with a wide readership both in Australia and internationally. It is published quarterly by LBC Information Services and The University of Sydney Law School. Publishes articles, case notes, expert commentary on cases currently being heard by the High Court (reproduced in full) and book reviews. The content encompasses a range of diverse topics, with an emphasis on relevance to Australian law, topicality and originality. F
  • Uniform Law Review = Revue de Droit Uniforme - A bilingual (English/French) periodical published quarterly by the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (Unidroit) providing food for thought and a wealth of information on uniform law for all those involved in international private law, practitioners and academics alike. The leading article of each issue, starting with the 1997-3 issue, will be a regular feature of the Unidroit Internet Web site. F
  • Web Journal of Current Legal Issues - Published bi-monthly on the World Wide Web. The focus is on current legal issues in judicial decisions, law reform, legislation, legal research, policy related socio-legal research, legal information, information technology and practice. Published at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in association with Blackstone Press Ltd. F
