Ron R. Goldie is an adjunct professor at USC Law. He specializes in corporate transactional law and since 2002 has owned and operated the Law Offices of Ron R. Goldie.

Goldie brings broad public and private company experience to USC. He has been a senior partner at several national and international law firms for more than two decades, including Jeffer Mangels Butler & Marmaro, Coudert Brothers, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, and Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp. Goldie also served as COO at GlobalNetFinancial and as CFO at ETC, plc.

Goldie has international transactional, financing and regulatory experience and he has served on independent review and audit committees as both a director and as engaged counsel. He is fully qualified as an independent director with financial expertise under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He has also directed, supervised and counseled in mergers and acquisitions, listings and securities transactions of both U.S. and overseas companies. Goldie received both his B.A. and J.D. from USC.
