Blaine H. Evanson is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he is a member of the Appellate and Constitutional Law practice group. He teaches Constitutional Law in Commercial Litigation at USC Law.
Mr. Evanson served as a law clerk to Judge A. Raymond Randolph of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit from 2006-07. He graduated from Columbia Law School in 2006, where he was a James Kent Scholar and a senior editor on the Columbia Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems, with university honors, from Brigham Young University in 2003.
Mr. Evanson has authored and co-authored legal articles on punitive damages, class action procedure, and constitutional law.
