Beong-Soo Kim is an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, where he also serves as Deputy Chief of the Major Frauds Section. In addition to carrying a full caseload, Mr. Kim supervises the work of eight other prosecutors assigned to investigate and prosecute white-collar offenses, including securities and investor fraud, health care fraud, bank and real estate fraud, tax evasion, and public corruption.

Prior to joining the United States Attorney’s Office, Mr. Kim was a litigation associate in the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices of Munger, Tolles & Olson, and served as an award-winning teaching fellow in constitutional interpretation at Harvard University. Mr. Kim began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Sack of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Mr. Kim is an honors graduate of Harvard College, the London School of Economics, and Harvard Law School.
