Nathaniel E. Jackson is an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He represents clients in a range of corporate and securities
transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings and general corporate matters.

In the area of corporate finance, Mr. Jackson has represented issuers, underwriters and initial purchasers in a variety of public and private equity and debt transactions. Additionally, Mr. Jackson has represented purchasers and sellers in a variety of merger, acquisition and disposition transactions. For example, Mr. Jackson has represented The Walt Disney Company in its acquisition of Pixar Animation Studios; IHOP Corp. in its acquisition of Applebee’s International, Inc.; and Gateway, Inc. in connection with its acquisition by Acer Inc. via a tender offer.

Mr. Jackson received a B.A. from the University of Washington and a J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law.
