Patrick Fitzgerald is Assistant United States Attorney for the Central District of California. He also is an adjunct professor at USC Law.

At the United States Attorney’s Office, Mr. Fitzgerald works in the Organized Crime and Terrrorism Section, and has served as the chief and deputy chief of the General Crimes Section. He has been an instructor in trial advocacy at the National Advocacy Center, in addition to receiving various departmental honors and awards. Prior to his current position, he also was a litigation associate at Munger Tolles and Olson LLP.

Mr. Fitzgerald graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University, where he received an A.B. in social studies.  He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he was associate articles editor of the UCLA Law Review.
