  Christopher Chwang is an experienced transactional attorney and an adjunct professor at USC Law. He has taught Business Organizations and Counseling the Start-Up Company, as well as the Introductory Business Law section of the Summer Law and English Program for the LL.M. department. He also has supervised directed research for several students.

  As an attorney, Mr. Chwang has advised and counseled public and private companies in a variety of transactions, including the formation and operation of start-up businesses, corporate and commercial financing, and other complex business matters.
