Robert G. Badal has more than 30 years of antitrust and intellectual property litigation experience.

Mr. Badal has represented clients in a variety of antitrust, trade regulation and unfair competition engagements. He also has an active practice in antitrust counseling and risk avoidance and is extensively involved in the antitrust issues and problems arising from the enforcement of intellectual property rights. In the technology area, Mr. Badal has been involved in antitrust and copyright/patent/antitrust litigations. Among others, he has represented Warner Bros. Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company’s Buena Vista Home Entertainment division and Mitsubishi Electric Company, Ltd.

Mr. Badal graduated magna cum laude in 1969 from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in political science. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1973. He serves on numerous committees in the legal community.
