Paul Moorman is USC Law’s Foreign & International Law Librarian. Moorman has a B.A., cum laude, from Saint Louis University and a J.D. from Washington University School of Law. He practiced health care law in Chicago for numerous years and is a member is the Illinois Bar. In 2003, he received a M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

While enrolled at the University of Illinois, Moorman worked as a Graduate Assistant Librarian in the Government Documents Library. Prior to joining USC Law, Moorman was a Reference/Electronic Services Librarian at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu. His publications include "Mining Information Gold in the Blogosphere," AALL Spectrum (2004), “Gerontology and the Law: A Selected Annotated Bibliography: 2000-2005,” 80 S. Cal. Law Rev. 1077 (2007), and numerous book reviews and newsletter articles. He is active in the Southern California Association of Law Libraries and American Association of Law Libraries, including its Academic Law Libraries and Foreign, Comparative, and International Law Special Interest Sections.
