Noel M. Ragsdale teaches Employment Law and Trial Advocacy and directs the Employer Legal Advice Clinic. Her scholarly interests focus on issues concerning employment, including discrimination, wrongful termination and gender bias.

Prior to joining the USC Law faculty in 1983, Professor Ragsdale was a journalist, clerked for the Honorable Charles E. Stewart Jr., Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and practiced law in Los Angeles. She completed her undergraduate studies at Harvard University and earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.

Professor Ragsdale is the Pac-10 representative to the NCAA Division I Cabinet for Academics, Eligibility and Compliance, and is a member of the NCAA Infraction Appeals Committee.
