Judith Koffler got her J.D. from Boston University and her LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where she was a fellow in law and the humanities.  She has taught a wide range of subjects and was formerly a full-time law professor before turning to practice and mediation. She has taught at Syracuse, Rutgers-Camden, West Virginia, Pace and the University of Texas law schools. As a Fulbright lecturer, she went to China and taught American law to Chinese law students. More recently she was a liaison with the American Bar Association's Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative in Tajikistan.  She has authored professional publications in law journals on a variety of topics from bankruptcy to law and literature.
