Matt DeGrushe leads USC Law’s Career Service Office, which provides a range of programs, resources and support to assist students with their individual professional development and job search efforts.

Dean DeGrushe joined USC Law in 2005 as director of career services. His extensive background in career counseling includes serving as director of career development at Pepperdine Law School and as associate and assistant director of the MBA Career Resource Center at the USC Marshall School of Business. From 1993 to 1999, he worked for McKinsey & Company, serving as recruiting administrator for his last two years with the organization.

Dean DeGrushe received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and his master’s in post-secondary administration and student affairs from the USC Rossier School of Education.
