Online Recruitment Opportunities Available through the USC Law Career Services Office.

The Career Services Office would like to welcome you to our new free web-based job posting service called Symplicity. Symplicity will benefit employers by allowing Career Services to integrate online job listings, resume collections, emails and the CSO calendar system into one interface. It also allows students to upload job search documents, apply for positions online and review employer profiles.

To access Symplicity, please go to https://law-usc-csm.symplicity.com/employers select "Register" and complete the online form. Please note: all employers must have an email account to receive online access to Symplicity. Employers will receive an email with Symplicity access information within 24 hours of submission.
Resume Collect
Not participating in our on-campus recruitment programs, but would like to receive resumes from our students? Post a resume collection online with Symplicity. To register with Symplicity, follow the instructions listed above. If you are currently registered, please log on and proceed to Jobs/Resume Collect.
To access the employer's interface to post a resume collection, go to https://law-usc-csm.symplicity.com/employers and log in using your username and password.
- Select "Jobs/Resume Collect"
- Select "Add New"
- Enter job title and job description in designated fields
- For Resume Receipt field select "Accumulate Online"
- Select which documents you wish to receive from applicants. Please note: USC Law does not allow students and graduates to electronically submit transcripts. If requested, students are instructed to mail transcripts directly to employers.
- Enter job posting and job expiration dates
- For Position Type select "Resume Collect" from the drop-down menu
- Enter work schedule, class level, practice areas, salary and location and hit submit
When the expiration date has passed:
- Select "Student Resume" tab
- Select each student in the box left of the student last name
- Select one of the three batch options:
- Mail to Check - allows you to directly email selected student
- Save as Excel - Creates excel file of student name and submitted documents
- Generate Book - Creates online resume book that is available for download. Select "Publication Requests" tab in the Jobs/Resume Collect section to download and review student resume collections
