Lindsay Toczylowski recieved her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from San Diego State University in 2003. She is currently a 3L at USC Law School where she recently finished a year of service as the 2006-2007 President of the Public Interest Law Foundation.  

Prior to law school, Lindsay spent several years working with Amnesty International as a community organizer. She spent her first summer working as a legal intern at Centro de Mujeres Ixchen in Masaya, Nicaragua where she assisted victims of domestic violence obtain legal protection orders.

During her second year, she worked as clinical student in the USC Immigration Clinic. Lindsay spent summer 2007 as a legal intern with the US Agency for International Development in Managua, Nicaragua where she worked within the alternative dispute resolution component.  

During law school Lindsay has volunteered at several pro-bono clinics including the Barrister's Domestic Violence Project, Neighborhood Legal Services Worker's Rights Clinic, and the Catholic Legal Immigration Network.
