Registration Fees:
- Early Bird Registration (postmarked, faxed, or electronically transmitted on or before November 7, 2008) $475
- Standard Registration (postmarked, faxed, or electronically transmitted after November 7, 2008) $495
- Full-Time Student Registration $100
Fee Includes:
Conference program, luncheon, refreshment breaks, and a copy of the Syllabus, an up-to-date volume prepared by our speakers of outlines, articles and practical forms used in everyday practice, in print and CD-ROM formats.
Badge Pick-Up:
All Badges will be held at Registration. Badges will not be mailed. Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Early registration is encouraged as space availability is limited!
Refunds:
All requests for refunds must be in writing and postmarked no later than November 7, 2008 to:

All refund requests must be accompanied by the registrant's Social Security Number (or Federal Identification Number if the refund is for a firm or corporation). Please note that a processing fee of $100 ($25 for student registrations) will be deducted from all refunds and that no refunds will be processed prior to the Conference.
