USC Gould School of Law invites you to exhibit at the 34th Annual Trust & Estate Conference, to be held on Friday, November 21, 2008, at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Over 400 attorneys, trust officers, underwriters, and other professionals in the probate, trust and estate planning fields attend this annual program, which provides an excellent opportunity to reach this important community.
Fee & Exhibit Hours
The fee for exhibiting is $1000 per exhibitor; space cannot be shared. Exhibit hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The fee includes a 6' draped table (table top exhibits only) one chair, and one complimentary luncheon (additional luncheon tickets may be purchased for $50 as indicated on the exhibitor response form). Checks should be made payable to the USC Gould School of Law, and must be received prior to the Conference.
Because exhibitor space is limited, we encourage you to reserve your space as soon as possible. Please feel free to call the CLE Office at (213) 743-1772 if you have any questions or need further assistance.

Setting Up Exhibits
You will be responsible for setting up your exhibit and may begin doing so at 6:15 a.m. on Friday, November 21. Please allow ample time for setting up your exhibit. Your exhibit must be set up no later than 7:30 a.m., as we expect our attendees to begin arriving when registration opens at that time. The program begins at 9:00 a.m. As a reminder, there is only one exhibiting organization per table. All exhibits must be tabletop only. Additionally, no signs and/or banners may be affixed to the wall.
Equipment Furnished
We will provide a 6' draped rectangular table and one chair for each exhibitor. The tables may not be moved from their assigned locations due to fire regulations.
The hotel can accommodate most requests for special equipment, telephone and electrical requirements. Please note that it is the exhibitor's responsibility to pay for these services. However, there is no charge if you require an electrical outlet (we do suggest you bring a power strip). Your requests must be made no later than Friday, November 6. Please contact Rodney Smith in the Catering Services Department at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel if you have any special needs, (213) 612-1549 or by email at rsmith@mill-usa.com.
Removing Exhibits
You will be responsible for breaking down your exhibit. You may break down on Friday, November 21 at 4:00 p.m. following the afternoon break; however, exhibits must be broken down and removed from the hotel no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2008.
Hotel Parking and Accomodations
We recommend self-parking at Pershing Square, located across the street from the hotel at 530 South Olive St. for $9.35 with validation obtained in the Registration area of the Symposium. Limited valet parking will be available at the Millennium Biltmore garage for $20 with validation obtained in the Registration area of the Conference.
If you plan to stay at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, you will need to make your own reservations for sleeping accommodations. The reservations number at the hotel is (213) 612-1545, and their web site may be found at www.millenniunhotels.com.
Luncheon
One lunch ticket will be provided per exhibitor. Additional luncheon tickets can be purchased for $50 each on the exhibitor response form.
We cannot guarantee exhibitors against loss or damage of any kind, although reasonable care will be exercised to protect all exhibits. The foregoing instructions and regulations have been formulated for the best interests of exhibitors and registrants at the Conference. Any points not covered should be referred to the USC CLE offices, which may be contacted at (213) 743-1772 or cle@law.usc.edu.
