Exhibitor Information
USC Gould School of Law is pleased to invite you to exhibit at our 2008 Tax Institute on Monday, January 28 through Wednesday, January 30 in Los Angeles. This three-day, annual Institute brings together the nation's leading authorities on tax law to discuss current legislative developments, critical issues, and tax strategies affecting corporate, individual, real-estate, partnership, and trust and estate matters. The 2008 Tax Institute is an excellent forum for displaying your services.
The fee for exhibiting is $1,550 per exhibitor; space cannot be shared. The fee includes a 6' draped table (table-top exhibits only) and one complimentary luncheon (additional luncheon tickets may be purchased as indicated on the exhibitor response form).
Exhibitor space is limited and we encourage you to reserve your space as soon as possible.

Shipping of Your Materials
It is very important to correctly label your boxes to ensure delivery. Boxes cannot be held at the hotel prior to Saturday, January 26, 2008. Please indicate on the boxes the total number of boxes shipped to the hotel (i.e., 1 of 3, 2 of 3). It is important to notify us of your shipment and the number of boxes sent so that we can include your materials when we inventory what the hotel has received.

Setting Up Exhibits
You will be responsible for setting up your exhibit and may begin doing so at 6:15 a.m. on Monday, January 28. Please allow ample time for setting up your exhibit. Your exhibit must be set up no later than 7:30 a.m., as we expect our attendees to begin arriving for registration at that time. The program begins at 8:45 a.m.
Exhibit hours are as follows:
- Monday, January, 28: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, January 29: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, January 30: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As a reminder, the Institute’s policy allows only one exhibitor per table, and only tabletop exhibits are permitted. In addition, no signs or other articles shall be posted, nailed, or otherwise attached to any pillars, walls, doors, floors, etc., in such a manner as to deface or destroy.
Equipment Furnished
A 6' draped table with two chairs will be provided by the hotel. The tables may not be moved from their assigned locations due to fire regulations. Exhibit tables will be assigned.
The hotel can accommodate most requests for special equipment and electrical requirements (it is the exhibitor's responsibility to pay for these services). Your requests must be made no later than Monday, January 14, 2008. Please note: No security will be provided at night.
Removing Exhibits
You will be responsible for breaking down your exhibit. If you would like to break down your exhibit at the end of each day, you may break down at 6:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday, January 30, you may begin breaking down your exhibit at 3:15; however, exhibits must be broken down and removed no later than 5:30 p.m.
Luncheon
One lunch ticket will be provided per exhibitor. Additional luncheon tickets can be purchased for $50 each on the exhibitor response form.

Sleeping rooms are not available at the Westin Bonaventure. The Institute has setup a room block at a nearby hotel, Marriot Los Angeles Downtown. You will need to make your own reservations for sleeping accommodations. Reservations can be made via phone by calling (800) 228-9290 and mention the USC Gould School of Law Tax Institute. Reservations must be phoned in to take advantage of the $149 rate. The room block rate expires on December 27.

Parking Information
We recommend self-parking located across the street from the hotel in the lot at 350 South Figueroa (entrance located at 3rd Street and Flower - there is NO parking entrance on Figueroa). Be sure to look for the blue System Parking signs. The cost is $9.00 with validation obtained in the Registration area of the Symposium.
Limited valet parking will be available at the Westin Bonaventure garage for $18 with validation obtained in the Registration area of the Symposium.
