Registration Fees:
- Sponsor Registration (includes 6 transferable tickets) $2000
- Standard Registration (Individual) $350
- Full-Time Student Registration $100
Fee Includes:
All ticket holders are entitled to attend the Conference program, luncheon, refreshment breaks, reception, and receive a copy of the Syllabus, an up-to-date volume prepared by our speakers of outlines, articles and practical forms used in everyday practice, in print or CD-ROM formats.
Badge Pick-Up:
All Badges will be held at Will Call. Badges will not be mailed. Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Early registration is encouraged as space availability is limited!

All requests for refunds must be in writing and postmarked no later than November 19, 2008 to:

All refund requests must be accompanied by the registrant's Social Security Number (or Federal Identification Number if the refund is for a firm or corporation). Please note that a processing fee of $100 ($25 for student registrations) will be deducted from all refunds and that no refunds will be processed prior to the Conference.
